ExpiredDomains.net is a pretty good search tool. After they drop you can buy them from any registrar such as GoDaddy.

You may capture suitable domains yourself, using the
free data from my diary about the expired domain names.

    www.drop.advertiser.info
free information about expired domain names

The information about domain names which
is posted there includes useful indicators like
date of the creation, popularity of the word in
the domain name, Google Page Rank, quality
of the incoming links, and other features.

The source pages of the incoming links are explored
for PR, nofollow, and the quantity of the outgoing links.

PR 0 domains with good links are found,
and estimated Page Rank is calculated.

Cheaper to buy PR 0 domains with good
incoming links, and then PR would return.

The sources of the domain names
which are explored are listed below.

    www.namejet.com / pre-release auctions,
    www.snapnames.com / pre-release auctions,
    www.godaddy.com / pre-release auctions,

    And pending delete domain names.

The domains on the pre-release auctions
are not deleted from the registry, and their
old date of the creation does not change.

The prices on the Godaddy pre-release auctions
start from USD 5 (five) plus the registration fees.

Sometimes suitable domains are even available
for human registration without any special tools.

Click on the STORY link please
at the top left corner of the pages
in my diary for more information.

    Any questions are welcome.

I can catch domains with valid PR daily. Price depend upon backlinks and PR of each domain.

i would suggest pool.com. It is free to order an expiring domain. You will have to pay only if they grab the domain for you.

Pool.com has one advantage: You can subscribe to receive daily updates of expiring domains containing particular keywords that you specify.

    Namejet is overpriced

    GoDaddy

There are plenty of resources in this area -- too many, in fact. It's gotten to the point that domains are worth more dead than alive. The same domain you'll pay $69 to $500+ to acquire in a Namejet bidding war could have been purchased from the previous owner -- often a domainer -- for less.
