    The best way to get facebook page, I know is put your FB page's link/banner on your site. So, if your sites visitor will find your site useful they will probably will add like to your page. Some people add like to get updates of your site on their facebook account that's why you also need to get your facebook page updated atleast once a week with some useful stuff. Hope this makes sense.

    I don't recommend that you buy facebook likes. Generally those are non quality users. The best way I think is to put your facebook fanpage on your site on an very good position.

    The great thing about contests is that you'll get both twitter followers, facebook likes and whatever social stuff you want. For example, "Tweet this message and like us on facebook to enter a contest to win <product of choice>.". It's great.
