    How i can submit site to Baidu?
    Because Baidu give me more traffic than google.

    2- Type your domain name/URL into the obvious query which already states “http://”
    3- Enter the 4 letters or numbers you see in the small blue rectangle box in the smaller query below your domain/URL and press the html created “enter” button. (Pictured below)

    You can submit anonymously as well as through webmaster tools.

    Problem is everything will be in English and you need a translator.

    As per their guidelines your site will get indexed mostly if it is hosted from China. Bing has tie up with Baidu to show English search results even then indexing is not guaranteed.
