There are so many thread in web hosting among which some people do scam. some just come and start company without any technical knowledge. Well we cant prevent it But shouldn't there be a rule that the whmcs should be licensed. If there is such rule i am sure its not followed. Reason is if the company cant buy themselves a billing panel what can anyone expect them to give to their customers? Am i right or am i right?
