    Hi,
    Can any one tell me what to do next to improve the SERP, i have done book marking, directory, forum, blog commenting, my work is not at all getting reflected in results. What to do next to create back links.

    you should not do seo in one go .go for quality work rather than quantity try high pr backlinks on actual pagerank pages.
