    My highest daily visitors was 23,000. I got a huge surge of traffic from some portal site in India. Unfortunately their time on site was like 10 seconds so it was pretty worthless!

    The problem you are having is your conversion rate. Depending on different variables: how the site looks, what demographic is viewing the site, what ads are being displayed, these are the type of things that determine the number of clicks on ads. It might not be a problem on your end, just the type of ads displayed.
