Check the http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/anchors?site=<URL> about the number of your backlinks
Most probably you will have more than 50% from the links with same anchor, and if you randomize them to long tails you will get out from the penguin update

As per the Searchengineland.com, the latest Panda Update took place on 19th April 2012. The version is 3.5 not 3.6

 

ohh thats sad, try to overcome from penguin, update all existing posts and add fresh content.

I think we should not depend too much on Google in the future. It is better to look for more ways that can drive your potential customers to your site, such as SMO as you said. In addition, we should stick to providing some useful content for both the customers and Google.
