    I think it should be OK provided you have some text content as well. But it may be risky.

    It will help if you will analyze the market that goes to these websites. Twitter people rarely use these but they are being used in some forums. It does not really need to be Adsense. Attach an offer that will make them buy and Bam! You'll have a sale. You may even make more than using Adsense.

    You should be able to use AdSense on any site that has proper content and text for AdSense to target.

    so why file hosting sites are using adsense. They wont have proper text but still they are earning 1000+ USD per month from adsense. You can find so many listening on flippa. That´s why i am confused in placing adsense on link shortening website.
