    I think YouTube basically has all of those features built into the YouTube site itself.

    There are a lot of programs available for this, hoever you really should go through YouTube better because all the features you are looking for are included within their site.

    I think facebook also the better website to post media for your site.
    Google Adwords is a good way of marketing, I think.

    To edit movies, use Sony Vegas Pro (Paid) or Windows Movie Maker. You can market the edited movies where ever you want.

    THE tool to use is Camtasia studio.
    I use it every day.
    It's expensive but worth every penny - and will do everything you are ever likely to want to do with videos (and more).
