After google penguin update I think we now focuses on putting quality content in site and try to get quality backlinks for site.

 

Quality and Unique content is always key factor.

SEO is always time consuming and always request a lot of attention on what the big boss (google, yahoo and other search engine) requirement change.
so it is hard to do it yourself unless you really have time

 

Its true that Google gives preference to the backlinks for ranking. Use of different anchor text is somewhat good but to increase the rank of particular keyword, use of that same keyword for backlinks is necessary, I think.

 

No it doesn't. That's what they tell people. I've said it a million times already. Penguin simply means, everyone else move over. Corporations, hollywood, and world class sites are being ranked up.

However i would like to counter this article here.
I don't agree that we should use click here instead of the keyword.
Its true that there has been lot of anchor text keyword spamming so what google actually did in this penguin is that they don't value the links that come from anchor text, or they take only a few ones.
Also google had told few months back that they are going to devalue a signal in link evaluation, and i strongly feel its the anchor text.
Which is the reason of lots of ranking drops.

That's it, that's how penguin was successful by google.

 

Do your linking manually, check out the sites yr linking with and change yr anchor text a lil everytime and you'll be fine

Check these things before take link.

1. Relevant site
2. Trusted sites (domain age)
3. Check Malware (in google safe browsing.
4. Latest cache
5. Check Drop domain
6. Check PR
7. check Obl

If every thing is good then link to that site.

 

Please let me know which is the best way to get one way or three way links where i could build quality links. I am facing a big problem after Google Penguin Updated. I search many website throw google with different kind of keyword but not getting proper response from webmaster. So please help and suggest me soon.

Quality backlinks and natural link building. Don't build spam or bulk backlinks in one period. Build the better on-page seo.
Better if you build the pyramid backlinks as linkwheel using high quality backlinks on first tier.

Because Penguin is in place, I advise you to:
-avoid exact match keyword-containing anchor texts
-avoid any exchange of links, nothing reciprocal!
-don't buy links on linkfarm-like directories or sites listing tons of links
-don't obtain links from sites that manipulate SERPs
-don't point to "bad neighborhoods"
-rather obtain few, quality links
-focus on blog post links, comment posts (though many of them are "nofollow" and get buried...), few major directory listings, embedded links on high quality content pages
-obtain links gradually, slowly
-also try to get as many deep links as possible
-don't list your site on "linking scheme" encouraging portals, such as link swapping or selling portals
-encourage natural, social URL sharing

Penguin is stringent, severe and filters fast. Be very careful...
