So based on your article, google determines if the content is of good quality by checking if it receives any visitors or not?

    Remove Unquality Backlinks
Don't target only on perticular keyword
generate some quality backlinks only niche links
    unique content

    Hello..
Penguin seems to be looking at three major facotrs...
1)If the majority of website's backlinks are low quality or spammy looking.
2)If majority if a website's backlinks are from unrelated websites.
3)If too many links are pointing back to a website with exact match keywords in anchor text..
So avoid these thing, you can avoid penguin effect very easily.........
    Thnx.....:)

Yes Indeed guys we need to avoid duplicate content and black hat techniques in building our links. If you continue using these techniques Google might banned or penalized your sites.

Indeed, from now on it's no use to promote the same keywords. You should mix up your anchor list as much as possible.

These two things shoule be advoided.
But it's better to get original contents and quality backlinks.
Some maybe same Anchor Text, but different contents, I think it will do good for a website.

Over optimization has always been a debatable issue. Always try to provide best quality content to the readers not search engine. Never ever try to stuff keyword in your post. Besides maintaining keyword density below 4%, users should avoid linking to bad neighbors, excessive internal linking, no anchor text variation and other related issues.
