    Hey Guys,

    Short Story:

    I got a PR6 domain with me, i bought it sometime back and then masked forwarded it to a domain.
    Now its PR6.

    Can i sell it, use it , make money out of it..??

    Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

    The domain you forwarded now took the same pagerank as the domain you forwarded it to.

    Your domain, in fact, now has a forged or fake page rank.

    You can sell it if you wish, but you will need to inform people of the page rank and how you obtained it. By omitting this, you will be scamming people.

    A domain with a forged or fake page rank is not worth much and it will loose its page rank on the next update when you remove the redirect.

    You can sell the domain and make the instant money , secondly if you have long term plans like optimzing and promoting the industry niche content, then you can get paid advertisement.

    If you maintain the PR you can sell some backlinks like 10 of them and make some recurring revenue from the domain name.

    Do you have anything to sell or do you have anything to share ? If no then you might just sell the domain .
    Ofcourse if would able to use the domain to optimize it and earn money on it . It maybe able to help you generate money in long life and not one time only which you sell the domain name.

    People will feel very decieved if you sell this as a "genuine PR6" only for the site to lose the rank after 1 update. I would not sell it, or if you do, notify them of the fact that the PR is not real.

    I will strongly recommend you to develop that domain website as it has large potential to make money .The only thing is that your page rank should be legal .

    If it is not legal ,just sell it to anyone !
