hello press releases when other site publish, will be bad for seo? I mean google maybe consider your site as "copy content" if you publish also in your website. What is your opinion? Also mind the new google penguin update

You did not understand me. I dont say to copy an article, but the websites that publish your press release (a lot of websites) -the same article-, will this tactic affect the rankings in google?
It shouldn't be a problem at all in terms of SEO. Press releases are always identical- that's a part of their nature. Even when a governmental institute is publishing a press release it would be the same text in many many news sites. Press release links are a good thing, also in the post-penguin era.

However, you will not get any penalty for using "copy content" on your website as you put it. The web is based on syndicated content, and Google could not possibly penalize major news sites that rely on press releases as a major source of content.
