Meta Tags to Crawl Other Pages

My site's main page does not have links to any of the other sub pages. I can not alter its contents, but I can add meta tags.

Are there any meta tags that will allow the search engines to crawl other pages?

Thanks for the info. But I am looking for a way to have a meta tag to tell the search engine to crawl another page.
