Using Stop Words in Keyword Phrases

    Hello guys!

A keyword phrase, when used entirely can read meaningless to use. For instance, take a look at this: Travel African Desert is an exact keyword phrase, but it doesn't make much sense to use. So we might plug in few stop words and make it read like: Travel around African Desert, this reads good but isn't the exact keyword phrase. However it works well and doesn't seem to pose any problem. However if we use more stop words in a keyword phrase, the keyword phrase or the keywords might lose their credibility. What is the limit according to you guys to use stop words in a keyword phrase? (No silly comments please)

Thanks for the list! Please mention the number of stop words that can be used in keyword phrases. (According to your expertise).
