I think your header pic very big for your directory,so my suggestion made it more small or replace with site logo.

Yes. I was in Dubrovnik this summer.

Header have about 70k. This is harbour in Dubrovnik as you know.
I like this place and I think that is better than small logo.

Cool colors and the site is looking good. Submitted my two sites. There is some problem with preview option. It is working but the view browser is very very minute and not able to enlarge. Hoping to see my both sites are listed. Thanks for the offer.

I am just 100km NW from Dubrovnik and that's way I knew that was it IMHO it is not problem in the size of the image, but you may reduce the quality a little bit so the picture goes on let say 40kb...

The picture still have about 70kb when I reduced the quality to 16K colors.
When I reduced the quality to 256 colors picture was in bad quality.
So I have still problem in the size of the image.
