Bad advice, don't pay attention to these guys. You will be ok. If the problem persists, go to your setting and click on allowed sites. Turn it on and add all of your sites except the one with the invalid clicks. This way Adwords customers will not be charged, the ads will still show (not leaving empty spots in your site) and the people will think they are wasting their time and give up eventually. If your site has low traffic it might be easy to find what IP address is doing this and you can ban the IP from your server.
    -------------------------------------
You will be fine as long as you are telling the truth. Piece of advise though, don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Google is pretty good with invalid clicks as they have system that detects this automatically. If you get invalid clicks best option is to do nothing.. if your getting invalid clicks everyday then try and remove ads from your site for few days and see how it goes..

I just noticed something. One person clicked 5 different ads on my site.

Should I tell google about it?

That should be okay if its different ads clicked right?

Thanks for everyone's help. You guys are great.

You can't do anything in such case, as you cannot stop anyone to click over the advertisements. Besides that, you are not alone who is facing this issues, as each day a great number of other Adsense users face the same problem and Google is completely aware of this fact. So all you have to do is to ignore this thing, however you need to make sure that you do not do anything that goes against the Google Adsense policies.

Friend just don't bother about this. Be calm. One thing am sure is that Google is aware of haters that will try to bring your adsense down. So far its not the same IP address then Google is wise enough to know it just spam click not from you.
    Good luck.

Google goes by your computer IP when tracking clicks... so if you ever mistakenly click your own ads they will know but they give you some leeway. When others do multiple clicks that simply ban that IP from generating a paid click. It is all automated now. Usually your site will not come under manual review unless it happens over and over from the same IP addresses.

What was the reasons for disabling your account. Also, how did you know one person did 16 clicks or so??? Curious... are you sure you did not click your own ads from your own computer you use to sign into your Google accounts????

I never clicked my own ads. In fact I run ad-blocker on my site.

Those 16 clicks came from one country. That's how I knew.

It's impossible to make a living with google, now that your banned, open a new account with some other Online advertiser like Adbrite.
