Is a Pr 7 seo website worth to buy?

Hi guys, i would like to tell me your opinion about a seo website that is for sale.

This website has pr 7 with 4 000 unique domains linking to the site.
Has very good rankings for keywords like seo, seo company, seo packages in bing and yahoo and incomes around 5 000 usd per month.
the alexa of the website is 100 000 approximately.
I have check the site and it looks good, i dont know much about how much it worth a seo website so opinions will be very useful, the guy is asking 50 000 - 100 000 usd. Cost per click for this keywords is really high.

Advises or questions will be very welcome..
I have to check something else about the site?
Does this site worth so much money?
This site have a potential?

The person is asking bit high cost, however there is no doubt about it that this site will work.

 

thanks, i was thinking that 50 000 is a bit high price also but the incomes can be much more if is ranking already for this keywords..
also i have checked many seo websites and i find only 2 with pr 7 so i can think the site have some authority and trust this is important for higher rankings no?

The asking price is about on par with "1-year worth of profits". My advice is to double check everything for legitimacy. Have him prove the income claims and ask why he hasn't listed it on Flippa where he would probably get top dollar. Or is it on Flippa?

 

He have proofs of hes profit, he have also 450 affiliates for hes products, all the incomes comes from hes sales thats clear, he is listed somewhere with proofs etc..
the guy also he have 4 500 unigue visitors and he rank for a lot of good keywords,i think is good investment after all and what i feel strong is that the site has alexa and i have check the pr before the update was 6 and now is 7 and the subpages is 6, so it is a trusted site..

Double check all the records and all the stats, you need to make sure that everything is claimed is true. if its is true a 50000 price tag could be reasonable

Yes why not PR 7 SEO websites have a lot of worth in SEO field as well as in SERP and for your business, its backlinks can help you a lot to get good SERP position in google search engine.

 

looks to me a great offer but price is also too much high.

 

when i type the domain name in google i see blue results with blue letters also, i make my move and i have offered 55 000 for the website, its in auction so i have to wait 5 days more.I hope it wont go up the price..=)

 

If I had a PR 7 website and if I were earning $5000 per month then I would not sell this website to anyone. Seriously. Seems something sneaky for me. Why did the webmaster sell that site? Did you ask?

This price is just completely ridiculous. Who would pay that much for a website? I would be concerned about the accuracy of the earnings and visitors? It would be easy for them to fake the earnings and number of visitors.

 

i search in google and some websites that they rank in top they can make even 200 000 per month, thats for sure, as for the fake earnings this guy have proofs and only one stupid guy he will pay this amount for fake visitors, earnings and potentials of a website and i am not one of them, i want a seo expert to give me some answers, i know now that seo services are really profitable and this website have packages that reach 3 300 usd, some people buy from him

mukesh4bs i think pr is important such as alexa, alexa with 100 000 and pr 7 is very good for me, you have right the update was before litlle days and the pr before of this website was 6 so google seems to trust the site, this is my opinion such i ask in other forums about alexa and pr.thanks.
