Uhmm but as far as the Google penguin is concern I think its effective at all.

Yes, it's very usefull

 

SocialMonkey is good website to get free backlinks but after Google Penguin algorithm all automatic backlinks generator websites are not useful for SEO. These type of websites are considered in "SPAM".

 

bro..this website offer the free backlinks to download . but you can use scrapebox or WPsBoxPro program to automatic comments post on those backlink urls.

 

Most of backlink come from states and whos website. i think its useless backlinks.
