Apparently you're alright as long as you don't sleep less than 4 hours. Below that, and you are at more of a health risk. But the ideal amount of sleep is something like 7 hours, so you might want to think about going to sleep a little bit earlier.

maybe you should get some more exercise?

Why aren't you sleeping enough? Inability or lack of time?

I think one of the admins should ban his account, maybe DigitalPoint is keeping him awake. If he's banned maybe he can sleep better.

Well, over at the Penny-Arcade forums (i think its on that one), they have a system like that. So many ppl were been distracted from studying, etc by the forum that they started requesting temp-bans for a week, a weekend, etc.

This is completely normal. Don't worry too much. I normally sleep at 12 and wake up at 5 in the morning. And try and catch up on my sleep on weekends :p

Maybe you have too much pressure and keep thinking too much before going to bed, well , when this happen to me, I usually drink milk before sleep, avoid coffee or tea.

I am over loaded with work myself But then also I sleep for 10 hours.

Watch TV for 2 hours. 1 hour eating bathing etc.

Still I have 11 hours. and lets assume I waste an hour from that also.

So I work 10 hours dedicatedly on the internet. Haven't stepped out of my front gate in last 1 month. Not even in diwali :(

But yeah sleep is neccessary otherwise your mind starts losing its edge. Sometime ago I was in total mess due to less sleep and was commiting silly mistakes in programming which I could never make. But then... :(

Benadryl works well for me. Too well, in fact. I usually take it when I'm sick and have trouble sleeping because of coughing.

I think i want to do too much and don't want to waste my time sleeping

I sometime do that...but if i sleep more in Sat, i won't be able to sleep at all at Sunday night...i think my bio clock is screwed

That might be a reason i can't sleep. Because of my schedule i have to start working out around 7 and finished around 9 and i eat around 9:30. I think i do too much exercise too late

Does it get you high too:D

All the posters on this thread sleep less. I am the only one who is sleeping more.

Maybe I will now start working more. :D

Don't worry so much, there will be plenty of time to rest when you're dead.
