No real news yet, right now all you can do is just wait. But if nothing happens in a week or two you make have to put in a reconsideration request to google
Google Penguin Update is not related with the content. Since this was targeting spam, you need to remove any spam you might have. In some cases, Google may have sent messages to you about spam activity in the past. Messages may even be waiting for you in Google Webmaster Central, if you’ve never verified your account.

Thanks for the information. Is it true submitting site in bad sites will increase the site rank. But he site ranking depends on the keyword profile of a site. then how it interlink with bad site?
if your website was hit .. you have to get rid of low profile links as wordpress comments and forum profiles. Or you have to reevaluate the on page optimization. I have made some tests lately and i got very good results so SEO is not dead but you got to follow some rules : 1. Try to not over optimize your page at on page factors 2. Use at least 5 anchored links ( 10 are recomended) for one url. 3. Link diversity . Use all kinds of links not only 2 types. 4. Check the next chapter called “ Linkbuilding never dies “ to see which types of links are recommended and which are Forbidden in my latest work. 5. Linkbuilding timing. Create your own timing , not put all the links at once. I recommend to start with not more than 20-25 links at 3 days. i hope it helps... Cheers
Just keep doing what you were hopefully doing beforehand. - Fresh, unique, quality and informative content. - High Quality, High PR links. I tend to find people get lazy or stray from their usual ways and go and order some shitty fiverr gig that gets them 1000's of useless links that actually end up hurting your ranking. You just got to make sure everything you do is quality because that's what Google has always been looking for.
stay within your niche and don't overdo getting backlinks. Its best to make it look like as natural as you can.
I'm finding out that it has a lot to do with on page seo as well as the actual niche. Google views some niches as "spam" niches (make money online, forex, weight loss, etc). They also seem to have an issue with exact match domains. I'm going to try and create content with absolutely no on page seo and focus on social media marketing. The backlinking part I'm still trying to figure out, because I believe Panda was more focused on identifying spam backlinks.
Regarding removing bad sites/ links pointing to your site, there are certain circumstances that it can't be done. So it's best to get new links also - the quality ones, to create new links as support to your own link
