    Recently I have started a website about hotels in London and idea was to use it for affiliate business. Since I am too busy with another projects I decide to sell the website.

    Domain Name: Very good one! Contain keywords: best hotels London.

    Content: Many unique hotel reviews. Idexed more than 100 pages.

    Backlinks: 10+ backlinks.

    Outbound links: No outbound links!

    London Hotels is very profitable niche. If you manage to attract visitors that are looking for accommodation in London, you can make a lot of money. Instead to look for a new domain and write content, you can simply purchase my website. The domain is already two years old (which is advice) there is already some good, unique content.

    Not sure about EMD, so please let me know what is that.

    Not sure about traffic and there is no income. As I said - I've started a website but I didn't put enough efforts in it yet. If you have knowledge about accommodation niche and SEO, you can make it profitable. This website is more a good base for a start than a complete business that make profits.

    I guess EMD stands for Exact Match Domain? It has THE on the begging. The rest is EMD.

    Not income yet. I didn't do any promotion. It has good domain, some content, a few backlinks. That can be a good start for someone who is looking to run a website in the niche.

    I agree to this.... At least the domain should be listed for sale so that we know what exactly the domain is about and how prospective it is..
