    and this guy has been doing this over and over again on DP. he will tell you he has a partner and that they are not in good terms now so he is selling low because he doesn't know anything about money making through websites. he even emailed me with another domain asking me to buy it at any price.

    i asked him if he is using codi.milo on DP and he said no. but he's email addresses are the same.

    I got him to put a 3rd party stats software on one of the domains since he claims 10k+ uniques a day.

    11557 pages from 11557 uniques from 0 refering urls, 99.8 % firefox, 95.2% from hosting companies. Yes, that sounds like real traffic.

    THIS is why we should NOT allow all these sales threads with PM/email me for details requests. They are almost always either a waste of time (the seller is inexperienced and really doesn't know what he/she wants for the site) or it's a scammer trying to get people in private conversations so they can scam then, unseen by more experienced members.

    Not always, in my opinion it is OK to provide details through PM if you don't want that anybody else knows what website you are selling (for example, you don't want them to know that the site has been sold). Because this might cause less visitors.

    Back on-topic:
    He/she offered me the site for 150$, but does own the website. You can see my username right in the top of the login section. ;)
