I was looking at my numbers of the past year and they show that all Asian and African countries are useless to me. Is there a subnet list that I can bulk import to the Windows Server Firewall or an IIS7 setting where I can block or redirect unwanted ips? I know I can add them one but am looking for a bulk method. I've written an app in the past that looks up the address in a geoip database and it worked but I want to avoid hitting the database for each visitor, I have too many to make an application scope solution viable. (I think)
if you can find IP blocks that are allocated to countries and block the whole block-set \ Maybe from the IP allocation charts or something might give a start point
