Please do not concentration quantity always dear concentration on quality post. And always post your content on dofollow web sites.
Avoid automated submissions, always prefer manual submission. 20 directory submission and 5 Forums comments daily. Article submission and blog posts should be done on weekly basis.
There is no hard-n-fast rule for your work. But be sure that you don't use any automated link building tools like any softwares - because after launching Panda and Penguin, Google has become strict in these issues. Don't Spam and don't use any kind of Hidden text or spun content. What ever you do - do it manually and honestly. Otherwise you can be penalized by Google. There are different point of views from different SEO professionals. I can suggest what I will follow for my daily work: - Article Submission: 50-60 (twice in a week) - Directory Submission: 80 - Social Bookmarking: 50 - Blog Commenting: 10 (in relevant and high quality blogs with proper comments - not using short comment, eg, "thanks for sharing", "awesome post", "loved your article"..etc) - Forum Posting: 5-10 comment in good and high quality forums like Digital point and others. It is best to focus more on the quality of the web links than the numbers that you'll gonna get on a day. It's ok if you only got few links, what matters is you know you can benefit from the links
Do quality work dont work on quantity basis as it will harm your website. Like Do 5 quality directory submissions behalf of 20 quantity submission. Hope you understand my point.
Quality work is always smart work.Dont try to get bulk backlinks just try to get few good quality backlinks per day.
