    Can anyone tell me? How to recover from dropped ranking which is updated on 25 April (by Google penguin update).

    All suggestions are welcome

    The only solution that I can look is stroll around the web, look what people are doing and how they are doing. Adopt new strategies and bring back the lost rankings of your website.

    check your content whethere it is fresh on copied by others. and do quality marketing rather than bulk.

    I suggest you stop trying to optimize for Google and start optimizing for your visitors. Trying to keep up with what Google does will only put you further behind. Focus on quality content that will keep visitors coming back for more.

    You can't easily reverse the effect but to counter balance it add fresh and informative contents on regular basis. Also try to get links from related sites, other wise skip this step. If you had done over optimization in the past, avoid that for future contents.

    I would suggest you to identify any malicious link pointing to your website and try to get rid off it. Google indirectly has stated that they are penalizing websites to which malicious or low quality websites are linked.

    The first and best thing that you can do to start recovering is to get fresh content on your site with regularity. You will also want to keep up with SEO via the seomoz blog and the Google blog. I agree that the days of grey/black hat are nearing an end. You also might want to look into some on page optimization for your title and H Tags. If you are keyword stuffed then that can also have a negative impact. Start reading and get rid of as many low quaility links that you can. It will take time to rebuild but once you take care of the big issues and start focusing on original content then you can get back into the higher rankings again.

    Everybody is talking about 'Google Penguin' so I thought I should share some tips to recover from 'Google penguin Penalty'

    1- Avoid keyword Stuffing
    2- Don't use schemes
    3- Always try to use Natural Link building
    4- Avoid Duplicate content/anchor text
    5- Check your webmaster account daily to get any notification from Google

    Apart from building quality backlinks, you need to closely analyze whether you are providing VALUE over your competitors or not ? If you are not providing any better service than your competitors then even if you managed to grab top rankings your site will eventually fall.
