How to Use Twitter to Generate more Traffic?

Twitter is a weird new universe

 

Follow people that tweet about what you do. If someone follows me and they tweet articles that are related to things i like I'm likely to follow them in return hoping to see more tweets. When you build a twitter follower base take your time adding and maybe even personally messaging each person to let them know your following them because your tweeting about similar things. Introducing yourself takes time but if someones on the street corner talking about this amazing toy they made and their not a complete stranger, chances are your going to be more interested in what they have to say.

Also Make twitter accounts for all your different blogs so the followers get only messages there interested in. Its all about niche specific followers not the amount you have. If you can bring people to your blog to read something you wrote and its interesting they will most likely look around and hopefully increase your bounce %

 

From my experience the best method for using Twitter to drive more traffic to your website is both to "tweet" witty and engaging updates and in parallel to blog interesting articles and news items on your website. Once your Twitter followers consider you to be a good writer then they'll be on the lookout for your posts.

Agreed, in my experience the best method for using Twitter to drive traffic to a website is both to tweet witty and engaging updates. Simple as that

 

you have to post links to your website in twitter regularly because what you post 8,530 approx 9k users will read that. put some information about your products before link. this will give you good traffic.

That's an amazing achievement!!! I'd start by pulling in the list of your followers with software like Tweetadder - this will allow you to sort the followers by location. Then it's all about timing. You will want to post your most important tweets when you have the best chance of them being read.

The best time is 9AM, lunch break and evening, around 19 or 20PM. Whenever you post something important, rewrite the tweet to have 3 original versions and schedule the updates accordingly.

You have sufficient followers, to generate website traffic, You submit link already generate traffic.

Just keep adding the unique topics to the tweets and always keep the letters bold. This way you will be able to attract them.
