    SEO will never end, though google changes its algorithm quite often so you will need to learn new updates and how it affect you.

    Google new algorithms, it's Google Penguin. just says:

    1. Avoid hidden text or hidden links.
    2. Don’t use cloaking or sneaky redirects.
    3. Don’t send automated queries to Google.
    4. Don’t load pages with irrelevant keywords.

    So, SEO it's not dead, but use as needed. ;)

    No it's not true. Because seo is an important to keep site in listing thats a other things google changed it's seo techniques in very few time. But google can't stop seo.

    No, seo is getting more difficult for Google programmers always fight against spam but seo and backlinks will never come to the end until we have this kind of internet: hypertext and hyperlinks!

    It can't be closed coz they have been implementing and working on too many plans to get update in search and SEO. They are trying to improve SEO and want to serve genuine and useful results in search engines from now.
