    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Advertising on Digitalpoint hasnt been very great, matter of fact HORRIBLE.

    Hi guys,

I set up my ad campaign last week. I believe on the 25 or 26. It was approved and I added $25 to the campaign. So far to date I only have one click!!

I have about 10 keywords and they are .75 per keyword some as high as 1.25.

I need much more efficient advertising then this and I am looking to get a refund. How do I do this?

    Thank you

Thank you for the response. I have cut the keywords down. They had multiple words. We'll see how it works now. thanks

Just keep in mind that the inline keyword ads are an exact match to be linked. So for example if someone has a phrase of "some super awesome linux web hosting" (which that phrase probably exists in zero posts other than this one now), they are going to *vastly* limit their placement vs. shorter versions... "linux web hosting", "web hosting", "hosting", etc...

Obviously there's a fine line between being too generic and limiting your traffic by being too specific. It's fairly common that people set bid amounts on a per keyword basis, with the higher traffic (but more generic) keywords getting lower bids.

Things are much better now with the ads and your above post makes sense. Thanks
