    I could help you with that. Check my signature. You could also consider Wordpress with a forum bridge. Most of the popular CMS's will have a forum option/addon of some sort.. or a bridge though the complexity of that bridge will always vary. Did you have other requirements for either the forum or cms? It might help others make specific suggestions.
