    I have a new website. I want to increase my traffic and page rank. So I need to submit my site to directories. If you give me some idea about some top directories that would be reliable for me. And will you give suggestion that how many time I need to submit my site each directory?

    If you search on Google, you will find many copy-cat articles, but following best way to find top directories:

    - Directory must be registered years ago. (April 2012 - 5 years = before April 2007)
    - Must have Google PR 5 and higher
    - Must have under 30K to 40K Alexa traffic rank.
    - Must have static URL
    - Must have over 20K to 30K pages indexed

    New directories with higher PR don't trust, because when these directories had higher GPR that was something else. Now, Google will bring them down for sure. Also, New directories with higher PR are using black hat SEO like they are getting invisible links. Google don't like any one hide text with link.
