    Hi all,

    Which blogging platform would be best for blogging? Wordpress or Blogger.com? I just want to start my own blog with a unique web address in it(sub-domain with my blog name). Thanks in advance.......

    yeh self hosted wordpress is the most popular way to go. there is still room for success with blogger and blogspot though.

    I have been worked both of this platform. i f i have to choose one then i would say wordpress is more user friendly than blogger.

    You cannot find a better choice than wordpress, it's really unbeatable in everyway and the majority of top bloggers use wordpress...

    Well i prefer WordPress over Blogger blog.I think WordPress provides me more pleasing look and feel.Also WordPress has the internal search engine and post entries through categories and Tags; where as Blogger has only Labels.Also WordPress has lots of useful plugins.

    Blogger is not a bad option. But it is better to keep the control at your own hand. Self hosted wordpress gets the edge here.

    Nice question, As we know that Google is a famous platform and people are running behind Google but i strongly recommend that Wordpress is far better than Google (Blogger).

    I would like to use Blogspot, as because this is a Google Product and you can change the meta description or the title in its free version also. Blogspot can easily be cached and indexed by the Google. Blogspot blogs can be submitted in the blog directories and you can do any general SEO with these blogs. Whereas in Wordpress sites you can't change the Metas in its free version. If you want to change the meta desc/title you need to install All in One SEO plugin in it - only in premium version. So My choice is BLOGSPOT.
