design & coding work - menu and subscribe bar - $40

    I've got a menu that consists of main menu and a submenu. And I have a subscription bar at the bottom of my page.

    These are getting old both design-wise and implementation-wise (coded with tables).

    I'd like the to be the same, with the same look and feel but a more modern approach with regards to design and implementation.

    The bottom subscribe bar attaching to bottom of screen with some kind of animation and text scroll should be done via JQuery.

    Design must be approved prior to implementation as PSD.
    Implementation should be via divs and css. Implementation should be for target resolution 1024x768, but be growable in width as current implementation is.

    Expect a few review until I'm happy with the

    Price $40 after delivery
