    CSS Submission is a useful technique in SEO Off Page Optimization. In CSS Submission you have to submite Website name, URL, Title, Description, Screen shot or pic, Designer name.

    There is no such concept in SEO . In SEO there are only Directory, URL , SiteMap, RSS submissions and never heard about CSS submission.

    CSS means cascading style sheets and it is a mark up language for building websites. It is same as HTML.
