Well it does not indexing current version, it's an old version of the website. Maybe it's because of SEO?

It can take up to 12 Weeks for Google to Index a website, especially if its a brand new domain name.

Do not worry, it will happen soon enough!

Submit your site to linklicious free version and indexkings.com. If it takes more than 20days it's weird.

check the indexed pages using site:sitename, if it doesn't show any results, then you need to submit a xml sitemap using google webmasters. Also you can set the crawl rate using webmasters.

Sometimes a site is indexed in 24 hrs, sometimes 24 days. There are a lot of variables involved...don't give up!

You mentioned that it's only two weeks old, which is pretty new so I wouldn't worry about it too much. If Google is currently indexing the old version of your website then at least you aren't deindexed, which would be close to impossible to recover from. Make sure you have your on-page SEO done up correctly and install a sitemap. You could also do a few guest posts on other blogs to build some quality links, then you'll be indexed in no time.
