movshare, I see a problem here, you have a copycat site, the problem is, that filegag was first, and the info in your files2k.eu is exactly the same, even the affiliate program, except for the min payout, in filegag is 10$ (I think could be good idea copy that part too )

Honestly it's difficult to trust in a copycat site (and maybe you are honest but got scammed for the person who made the template...).
Running a filehost is expensive ... try to be original, use your own logo at least ... and try to make your own affiliate program ... I don't know, but paying 200$ for that template is a ripp off ...

maybe you can invest less than 40$ in a simple but nice template like filevelocity did ..

From where did you got their contact , is it from some freelancing site ?

This theme is exclusively developed for us by creative magic and we paid a small fortune for this , creative magic is not allowed to sell it , We have contacted them and they were not replying properly , they were truly unprofessional guys as i said earlier . We will take necessary action against them too if they try to sell the theme .

If you bought it from them ask for refund , if you have done this via some freelancing website contact support / open dispute

I'm sorry, but this thread is hilarious. It's funny how OP can't seem to understand that his site is just an exact copy of an already existing site and that he should be taking action on the designer's side.

And in the fun of it all, I think I'll be joining FileGag. The first one's usually the reliable one.

Its illegal to buy a stolen theme, please understand this ? Again and again its made exclusively for .

get an unique theme and remove our theme immediately

the guys who sold it , cheated you not us ,

1, ask the payment processor to refund the money they will surely help

2, if paid with creditcard can your bank and file a chargeback

3, contact the guy who sold it to you and ask for refund

As per the contact you posted this is their:

we paid good amount of money + lots of bonus money to the designer for minor modifications

Also beware guys think twice before giving any design work to them , this is from our experience.

And where do I know about it was special for FILEGAG I Googled XFILESHARING companies are themes I contacted the company showed me screenshot of this skin and I bought it. I had no where I know the theme was FILEGAG special. I opened a dispute in paypal to refound her but no answer. Filegag give me money and I lost out on the site.

 

btw asking us refund is ridiculous

We have committed ourself,our soul and hard earned money to this site for the past one month.Seeing a mere replica of what we did is more than infuriating and to be short,the word to be used is "Blasphemy".

Don't you think before fighting here you should solve the problems of your Site?

Downloadspeed is going slower day by day, today in the morning i download a file with 100 kb/s (o.k) and then by 60 MB it decreased to 3 kb/s, and this every day. No time to solve your probs but time to fight here against Files2k.

I find it funny when file sharing website owners complain about copyrights and who owns what, when you live on somebody else's hard work by letting others share it on your website
