The easiest way is copy your content to a word processor document that has spellchecker. LibreOffice & OpenOffice are both free and have this feature. Just the text as the user would see it. This will help with what the user will read. Once that is fixed I'd recommend downloading a free IDE like NetBeans or Eclipse that can check the code.

Thnx everyone. I guess will have to copy paste in a word processor and check.

Also have come across a new spellcheck attribute in html5. Haven't tried it yet. Anyone used that?

If you're using wordpress, it has a spell checker built in. As to the html5 spellchecker, I hear browser support varies.

Thanks JW1981 for your reply. I build sites using simple html coding, assisted by Komodo edit free version.

I found today that wordpress said that a word I typed was incorrectly spelt in two out of five of the occurences so I wouldn't rely on that. I would definitely use a word processor. I've found that as an English speller (colour rather than color) doesn't matter when Google comes up with results. So as long as your spelling is generally correct, you should have no problem. Either that or ask for someone to check your work. An extra set of eyes is always good.
