    Why don't you use one form with two different submit buttons

    <form action="get1.php" method="GET">
      name: <input type="text" name="fname"/>
      name: <input type="text" name="fname1"/>
    
      <button name="subject" type="submit" value="submit1">submit1</button>
      <button name="subject" type="submit" value="submit2">submit2</button>
