    OK look I added my bank account and i got this e-mail back to re-verify so i went though the process and when i click on bank accounts i don't see any listed bank accounts as i mentioned in my ticket : NXL-484361 to which you said problem is solved but its not... still now its not showing the listed bank account that is the only problem, however i after your mail saying problem is solved i attempted to re - add to which i got the msg that the bank account is already in the system... so how many more weeks do i got to wait for this one problem to be solved?

    I am an AP member registered by mail - **censored, sent to you by PM**
    i had like $500 in my account and then i was blocked by AP.
    I called you (a week after the account closing) and you told me that i will get my money after 6 months.
    more than 1 year passed and my account still blocked and i didn't got any cent!
    I had my CC in there and my Bank account so you know where to send it.
    I have mailed AP many times but there were no reply at all..
    Please help me solve this and give me my money.
    And please no more "I will email you" this didn't worked last time.

    Hello team someone stolen my creditcard details and used 490 U.S.D at your website without my permission on dated 22/04/2012.I am the real owner of the credit card.If you want i will send you scanned copy of the card that shows my name on it.Kindly cancel the charge and reverse the transaction to my credit card.If not i may be forced to approach my credit card company for charge back....

    I created a Personal Pro account in Alertpay about 3 weeks ago.
    In Thursday 19 April i withdraw for first time an amount of money from alertpay to my bank account via bank transfer. It was pending at the beginning and in Monday 23 April it changed from "pending" to completed.
    I checked my bank account but i had not got any money. Should I not see the money on my bank account?
    Since i see that the transfer is completed, i think that i should the money on my bank account. Can anyone help me?
    I am new to alertpay and i got confused

    Can anyone help me out?
    So, last week, when everyone got paid on AlertPay by Oron, I didn't.
    Oron sent me some kind of message that they sent me money but that my account on AlertPay isn't active.
    I have a Personal Pro account on AletPay,
    I've sent AlertPay 4 tickets in which I wanted to see if my account is active and am I able to receive money when the next payment comes, none of them replied!

    I can them various time everytime within 2 min my call was contacted with a support call operator.

    It can be happen some time take too long so if your call were not connected within 3 min time disconnect then and re-connect again it will better i just imagine how much it will coast for 15 min :p

    I have an unverified Personal Pro account... when i send wire transfer to Alertpay for verifaication, does the bank needs to be a bank that is enrolled in my account or I can use another bank? thanks
