    Their support is totally dreadful ...... get to paxum about 100 times better support. Alertpay great while it works, anything goes wrong or need help you are in big trouble. Tickets can take WEEKS for a reply. I hope the owner of alertpay gets this message and gives the support team a good thrashing.

    You should be able to withdraw your available balance to the bank account you have added. I noticed you have initiate bank wire withdrawals in the past, are you no longer able? Let me know if you are having trouble in doing so.

    hello Tarik, thx for reply,
    I'm able to withdraw my available balance to my bank account, but my bank couldn't give me the money because my name from Alertpay account is appear as a sender and as a receiver. Previously, when you have sent me money the name of sender was ALERTPAY or some other bank.
    So that is a problem in my bank i cant be sender and receiver in the same time.

    How about you let me know why it takes 5 weeks for a verification process when both paxum and payoneer can do it in under 2?????

    I am awaiting payments from 2 companies via alertpay. Both told me that they expected to have their accounts active in 5 days according to your site? I though they were telling me lies in order not to pay. I have since been allowed to see the very tickets asking what is the hold up and they have not been replied to for days and days either.

    I would not have used these companies at all if it was not for them saying alertpay would be active within a week or 2. This is serveral weeks we are talking about now.

    This is beyond funny now. If these foolish companies had gone for a better processor like 1 of the 2 i mention above then i would not be waiting WEEKS for my payments now. I have since asked that they join paxum..... and thank god i got one of my payments now.

    Why is it taking you so long to verify these companies, and why are you not replying to their tickets??? Ignoring tickets is totally unacceptable in this day and age.

    Sir i got 200 USD and i withdrawal 50 USD to my bank yesterday and today when i logged in i saw something about a negative balance and now its USD 100... where did my 50 USD gone? Please check the issue....

    I still cant submit the documents required still its showing no bank added... and when i want to add again it says:
    The bank account you have attempted to add already exists in the system. Please contact Customer Support for further instructions.
    What the hell is your problem first off you guys are so delayed in answering and now you don't even fix the problem... and close the ticket saying its solved... [#NXL-484361]

    All an individual needs to make out a payment to your AlertPay account is an available balance and your email address. Have you been in contact with this individual? You can send them a money request, or if you have a Verified Business account, you may send them a detailed invoice.
