You have to consider the number of competitors for your keyword if it has high number, you have to think of another one because you'll find it hard to rank for the specific keyword.

 

Hi, if you get good ranking and traffic by keywords i think it is the best keywords for websites. Good content is also matter in ranking.

 

Both the things matter keyword and unique quality content. However , its not the PR that matters. You can be on the first page of SERPs without having so much PR and another website can be on second page with high PR than you.

I tend to disagree. SEO has actually become quite a joke. Like back yard motor mechanics that think they qualified. That's why our friend Matt Cutts, the Panda janitor pulled out all his cleaning implements and created Panda. It was to clean up the filthy dirty internet that so called SEO's have created. Original unique quality content reigns supreme above all others
