    Hi,

    I want to sell my Tech/IT/programming/webmaster related site. I had started it with great enthusiasm but after a month I had to go out and during that time my hosting expired and was down all time. When I returned, I didn't care about it as I had other busy work to do. But couple weeks ago, I decided to make it online so I can sell it. Even after 2-4 month, when I make it online, I was getting good amount of traffic and many comments each day.

    ..> The site has unique design (costed my $100 for template and coding)
    ..> Awesome logo (Costed me $40)
    ..> Facebook page
    ..> The has all unique SEO optimized posts. (enriched with keywords)
    ..> The site's alexa dropped today below 100K and its keep going down.
