    Is this the site that was on Flippa (health.uneca.net)? Part of some Black Hat scam. Looking at historical backlinks (opensiteexplorer.org) and you'll find that there were backlinks from www.unep.org/greeneconomy/GreenEconomyReport/tabid/29846/Default.aspx, www.un-redd.org and others. If you visit the site, they are gone, but also if you view the html source you'll see the Black Hat tactic evidence - at the bottom there's a div hidden by css:

    which contains links to a load of dodgy sites. They are placed just outside of

    The current owner might have unwittingly purchased this site, but they are unfortunately in possession of something using a really bad link scheme and could well end up de-indexed and worthless.

    Worst thing could be actually notifying the organisations running these sites; if their webmaster has done this then it will remain. It's a shame UN sites are being exploited like this.

    i received the info and looks to be part of the same thing like the site listed at https://flippa.com/2705756-pagerank-8-health-videos-website-with-over-500k-google-index which now looks a simple blog, and also health.unece.net that is another clone.
    the one listed here is another domain, but with exact the similar design and content as the previous ones.
    all them showing PR8 but all them registered on november 2011, is that possible ?? mmm, i dont think so
    lets wait seller to give some advice, but lots of things are not very clear here, so stay tunned
