We have to drink water daily because the human brain is made of 95% water, blood is 82% and lungs 90 %.

I mean for gods sake, a drink that CARAMELISES WHEN YOU PUT A FLAME TO IT (seriously, try it) cannot be good for you (or your brain :-/).

Needless to say, I've felt a hell of a lot better since; that said, I don't cut it out all-together, it's just not my daily drink now.
