if you are looking for free web directories on web, then GOOGLE is best option. but don't expect that it will get publish immediately.Trust me, it won't happen.
there are few directories which displays only name of company not contact details so those kinda directories not of any use.

@umairhp - There is a sticky thread at the top of this forum called Directory 101. It has a lot of different types of directory lists. It would take you hours to go through all of them and you'll no doubt find exactly what you are looking for.

I suggest that as a starting point, you'll save a lot of time from sitting on Google searching individual directories.

Just google for the free directories and use another plugin to check the Page Rank of the directories.
