I don't know about buying the traffic things. But, i have heard something like PTC (paid to click) services offers huge traffic to our websites but they are no way targeted or useful in my view. Rather than buying the traffic, i would recommend you to use Linkreferral (referral based advertising network) which is free to advertise and get some traffic to our websites, blogs everyday.
