    Hmm something is a bit off here. The domain is only 5 months old and any experienced SEOer knows it would be nearly impossible to get a PR6 in that short time frame. But I gave you the benefit of the doubt and searched for your back links (surely a PR6 will have thousands upon thousands of back links) only to find 10-20... that raises a few red flags. Furthermore, I ran your domain through numerous fake page rank checkers and had multiple flags for invalid pagerank. If you can prove me wrong, please do, as I would love to buy a PR6 for that cheap of a price; however it seems like a 301 redirect to me...

    Potential buyers be careful

    Do you truly believe I did not do my due diligence before making this accusation? Oh the Google Toolbar in IE shows you have a PR6? It must be legitimate, because there aren't methods used daily to bypass the Google algorithm. I can and will gladly show my research to anyone interested that getting a domain as new as yours from PR0 to PR6 legitimately in 5 months without a 301 redirect is nearly impossible. Don't believe me? Go ahead and purchase the domain and wait for the next PR update, I'm sure you will be disappointed when the PR drops.

    I don't have a dog in this fight, I just wanted to warn potential buyers to do their due diligence before making a costly investment.

    Oh and I wouldn't take your domain now even if it was free. Someone who has put in the time and effort for a legitimate PR6 site would have the professionalism and courtesy to disprove the naysayers with factual statistical data.

    What is the proof that this PR is invalid? I for one am interested....I would be willing to spend some money on the domain if the seller could offer some sort of guarantee that the PR would not disappear wither immediately when the files were on my server AND the PR would not drop for instance more than 1 on the next Google Update...If the PR is indeed valid, I wouldent think there would be any qualms about such a guarantee...Alex
