    Same here... Alertpay..no goog customer service

    Made some deposits and can not make payment..because not a verified member. Try to add my credit card... still not working.. for up to 20 days now..

    Now stuck...

    I was really unsatisfied with AlertPay. First of all, they refused manual verification of my account 4 times, second, all card processors were blocked them. Stay away from them.

    After 40Days today received email from you that "I’m happy to confirm that your AlertPay account is now verified. Congratulations!". But when I login still pending verification displayed. Not able to use any of the service.

    No bank transfer accounts have been added to your AlertPay account. Click on "Add" in order to add a bank transfer account.

    I sent AlertPay a cashier's check on April 4 from Texas to Montreal. I've emailed AP to find out if the cashier's check has been received, but I have only received an automatic message. This is my first experience with AP. I have a personal account. How long should I wait for a response?

    If you would like to withdraw funds out of your AlertPay balance by bank wire, you will have the option to do so in either Euros (EUR) or Great British Pounds (GBP). We apologize for the inconvenience but it is not currently possible for US members with a US bank account to perform a bank wire withdrawal in USD. If you are not a US based member, you will be able to withdraw in USD by bank wire.
