    I've got the PSD file and I need to code it into xHTML/CSS. I am looking for quality work, clean code and cross browser compatibility.
    Please send me an email with your rate, turnaround times, and some samples. If you can start today it will be perfect.

    I have this task 3-5 times per month, so if you do a good job it will be a regular thing.

    Job was done by one developer who were able to deliver a very good result for $30 in 24 hours.

    May be this info will be useful to someone else in a future:
    41 developer contacted me regarding this job. The lowest offer was $15, the top price was $200. That's quite a range, however most offers were for $25-$40.
