We are looking to purchase a Well Developed, Established website or websites with at least $2000.00 per month revenue.

Please read requirements before sending us the details!

    Requirements:
    · Any type of websites, including Adult business.
    · The website/websites must be easy to maintain (We can only put in most 2 hours per day on each site daily as we are working on a few very large projects at this moment.)
    · Prove of last 6 months traffic.
    · Prove last 6 months income.
    · Prove of the ownership of the website.
    · Seller/s must agree to provide 2 months free support after the sales.
    · Escrow.com will be the only payment method, and we will take care of the fees involved.
    · Our Lawyer might be involved for the purchase contract. (yes, we will pay for all of the fees)

Investment Budget: $120,000.00 (we do have the Cash on hand)

This offer is great for the webmasters who need large capital for larger projects, or just pay off their loans.

The prices are must be reasonable, any ridiculous offers are will NOT be replied.

Please PM or email your details.

Any monthly multiple of income you're looking for?

Added, are you buying for yourself, or someone else? The reaosn I ask is that by looking at your posts earlier today involving very small amounts and bulletin posting, this seems like kind of a large step :)

If you are getting a lawyer involved and I assume some kind of legally binding contract, then why be sticky with payment method (on escrow)? Many people dislike to use this method, I know I do and would never sell a large site through it.

Just some friendly advice - give people more options.

<blademaster> Am I smelling the same smell you smell ?!
Hope I am wrong, and if I am srry for that...BUT with 120K on my pocket to invest I won't go posting buy leads here on DP. If I was smart to make legit money in xxxK, I would make a research myself and buy exactly what I want...not wait ppl to post sell sites here! And If you pay a lawyer and cost of escrow why don;t you pay a firm/company to consult you in investing quite a lot of money !?

    Hope I am wrong !

This is not the way to look for big sites. If you are going to post in a forum at least have the decency to let everyone know who the heck you are. As eljefe3 said, no one with a big site would just go around giving details to some stranger.

Your initial posts says "We are looking to purchase". Who is "we"? Who do you represent? Wouldn't it be better to use a corprate email address instead of some gmail one?

I have turned down offers of 6 digits for my sites so I have experience in dealing with these amounts, and the way you are doing it sure isn't the right way.

i disagree....do you ever see those signs around on telephone polls saying 'we buy houses for cash'? those guys usually have 6-7 figure credit lines and you can't get much more non-informative that those signs.

i've spent $xx,xxx in the past 12 months on sites and domains and i wouldn't have any issue advertising for sites in such a manner. if someone doesn't want to provide info, c'est la vie.

Maybe to help us all out here, please let us know which sites you have purchased in the past and for how much. Once I see that you are indeed a genuine buyer who has done this sort of thing in the past, I'd be a little more forthcoming about giving out details in regards to sites, earnings traffic etc.

BTW buying a house is a bit different than buying a website. Where's the title search for liens etc?

my point was all these signs says is 'we buy homes for cash' and have a phone # and they are ready to close 6-figure deals in cash in days. i'm just saying don't rule out someone is a legit website buyer just because they haven't closed a lot of deals here or aren't offering up a lot of info about themselves.

i've used escrow.com many times - i don't see how someone could get burned for a large sale b/c they have to clear the funds via wire or cashiers check for a $5K+ transaction...so there is no risk to the seller as far as i know. actually for lower cost transactions there is some risk as the seller can pay by credit card, receive the website or domain and then do a chargeback and see what happens.

sounds like a scam, large websites like this would probably not be exchanged over a forum...
